The Councillor for Education, Trini Cayuela, accompanied by the director of CEIP "Santa Eulalia" Paquita Serrano, visited the various activities and workshops celebrating the "culture week II: a place for all", "VII Semana Cultural" organized by the school, and that will be developed throughout the week.
The activities organized by the educational community center with the collaboration of different entities and local companies, revolve around the different nationalities living in the school.
Through the variety of organized activities, as reported by the director, "it is intended that students not only learn what is most characteristic of each of them, but enjoy learning and, above all, to realize that though we are different in some respects, we live in a society based on tolerance and respect for others. "
Within the program of organized activities are craft workshops, world dance, theater, puppetry, exhibitions, theater, language workshops, henna, braid, games and charity market, among other things.
The Councillor for Education thanked the cooperation of all entities that have collaborated in conducting this program, congratulated the entire educational community of the Santa Eulalia "for carrying out this type of intercultural initiatives, expressing his satisfaction at having "a great school, demonstrating once again its cultural and educational campaign through intercultural celebration this week."
