The III National Meeting of Rare Diseases has set final dates and will take place on 22, 23 and October 24 Similarly, the Third Edition of Rare Diseases National Congress will be held on Sunday 24 October.
As in previous years both events will be held in the Continuing Education Center of Hemophilia in Totana (Murcia).
For this third meeting there will be several papers that have already confirmed their attendance, including:
- Luis Escribano, director of the Institute for the Study of Mastocytosis of the Hospital Virgen del Valle de Toledo, Castilla la Mancha.
- María Isabel Mínguez Tejada, head of the Laboratory of Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry department of the Hospital de Cruces in Barakaldo (Vizcaya).
- Mercedes Pineda Marfa, head of the Neurology Service of Hospital Universitario Sant Joan de Deu de Barcelona.
This third meeting will again one day enable coexistence among patients, health sector professionals and researchers, who will show first, a training aspect on rare diseases as well as promote the importance of respite care in comprehensive care patients with rare diseases.
This event enables more than 100 families to share their experiences during these days, they can learn more about the problem through other professionals involved and be drawn closer to them.
It is hoped that this third meeting is a national reference in living spaces for patients with rare diseases.
