The Municipal Sports Pavilion hosted Manolo Ibáñez de Totana on Saturday February 27 Regional Final Badminton School Sports, organized by the Directorate General of Sports in the Region of Murcia, which involved 123 athletes from different parts of the Region of Murcia belonging to the categories juvenile, infant, cadet and youth.
From the Department of Sports has featured the participation of 20 school totaneros belonging to educational institutions "Reina Sofia", "Santa Eulalia", "District" and "Prado Mayor."
They highlighted the excellent results achieved by the representatives totaneros, with the College "Santa Eulalia" and the IES Prado Mayor "as regional runners-up in the juvenile and male cadet categories respectively.

The competition concluded with the presentation of trophies and medals to top three finishers in each one of the categories by the Section Chief and Sports Promotion Activities of the Directorate General of Sports in the Region of Murcia, Artemio Miguel Soriano Gil, and Councilman of Sports City of Totana, José Antonio Valverde Queen.
