The session starts the proceedings for the award of the work placement of safety barriers on several roads in the town (02/10/2009)

Totana City Council has taken steps to hiring the siting of safety barriers in the way of the Canal, Ermita de La Huerta and Los Jaboneros and to drain water runoff in the Way of local pastry chef.

This initiative, agreed by the Local Government Board in its last meeting, aims to improve the road network of municipal ownership.

Councilman Comprehensive Maintenance Services and the City, Sergio Lopez, recalled that the Directorate General of Highways of the Ministry of Public Works and Planning to the City of Totana granted a subsidy amounting to EUR 56,528.47 for the implementation of these works.

The Consistory applied for a grant to the Department of Public Works and Planning, for 75 percent of the work mentioned, which would be a total of 56,528.47 euros, and the remaining 25 per cent (18,842.82 euros ) will be financed by the city of Totana., being the total construction budget the amount of 75,371.29 euros.
