The City Council of Totana and the Ministry of Public Works and Land Management signed a collaboration agreement after the amendment of the initial draft prepared for the rehabilitation work of the House of General Aznar, acquired by the Local Town Hall for the purpose of conducting comprehensive reform of it to make it new municipal offices, as reported by the Councillor for Housing, Daniel Aroca.

This is an old house, listed and with an area of about 400 meters, which studies the possibility of designing a new plant.
This building will house the departments currently located temporarily in the upper BBVA, such as Housing, Land, Property and Quality, and Commerce, Crafts, Flea Market and Market Square and Immigration Services and Consumer Affairs.
The initial project of rehabilitation, drafted by the municipal architect, Francisco Barnes Romero, who has to be modified for technical reasons, had run an amount of 583,000 euros contract.
