The "24 Hours of Futsal", organized by the Department of Sports, which will be held in the Pavilion "Manolo Ibáñez" this weekend during the 4th and 5th of July, will kick off the activities carried out within summer sports.
This tournament, one of the highlights of the summer program, brings together, as pointed Valverde Queen, a number of teams each year and this year will enjoy a newly remodeled facility.
The mayor thanked all those who work actively in the implementation of this tournament and explained that the champions, runners up and finalists will be presented with trophies and cash prizes of 600, 300 and 100 euros respectively.
The only requirement for participation in this competition is to be 16 years, establishing a maximum of 24 teams and a minimum of 12.
The competition will take place in two phases.
In the first, the teams by lot will fit into groups as a league, while the second phase of the fighting will be made to tie up to the end, when it ranked the best group.
The parties of the first phase of the competition will be played in two clock ran 15 minutes, with 5 of rest and the second phase will be played two 20 minutes.
The final will start at 19:00 hours, and then proceed to the trophy.
