Special Agents of the Public Safety Unit of the local police arrested two individuals for an alleged crime of robbery with violence and intimidation (14/04/2009)

Agents of the Special Unit of the Police Public Safety Local de Totana have proceeded to the arrest of two individuals for an alleged crime of robbery with violence and intimidation occurred last weekend.

The officers were alerted by a citizen, a native of Ecuador, who alleged that he walked with his wife and son by a village square, he approached two youths who stole money, when she rushed to tell the police, while his wife and son remained in the same square.

Several patrols appeared at the scene and were able to observe these young men sitting on a bench, which were identified by the victims, which had grabbed and threatened, stealing 55 euros that were in a bag.

The alleged perpetrators, a native of Totana and another native of Brazil, were identified and arrested, while that in caching 2 knives were seized and several grams of hashish.
