The City Council of Totana, through the Department of Housing and Heritage has provided the Ministry of Public Works and Planning A total of 17 housing rehabilitation projects will be financed through the Spanish Plan for Stimulus Economy and Employment (Plan-E).
The residents of Totana, assisted by technicians of the Department, have submitted their applications through the Single Window of the Consistory.
Other rehabilitation of houses and neighborhoods located in the town and countryside, is the adequacy of facades, improving accessibility and placement of an elevator, among other actions.
As explained by the mayor of Housing and Real Estate, Daniel Aroca, actions that promote communities of owners or owners of a building and affecting the parts of it have a support of 35 percent of the cost of works for all building owners, with a maximum of EUR 3,500 per household.
Also, a support of 40 percent of the cost of works for the owners meet the requirements of the Order of March 6, 2009, with a maximum of 4,000 homes and a grant of 85 percent of the cost of doctors' fees for writing projects, with a maximum of 1,200 euros per performance.
On the other hand, the mayor has indicated that the owners of the houses have a support of 75 percent of the cost of the works, with a maximum of 24,000 euros per household and 85 percent of the costs of preparation of the project, a maximum of 12,000 euros.
