The Empel and Training Service (SEF) will begin work on the new office of employment, to be built in Calasparra street of the town and will replace the existing Main Street in Seville.
The premises are located in the basement of the building, "Eduardo Chillida" Calasparra street, where houses were built for young people, with indoor heated pool Totana, and the facility has a floor space of 463.65 meters square.
The Consistory has given this place free of 518 square meters located on the ground floor of this building which is located on the street Calasparra of Totana, the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF), giving at the last meeting held by the Board of Local Government Major construction license to begin soon the construction works of the new office of employment in the locality.
The councilman of Promotion and Employment, Trini Cayuela, explained that the new offices of the Autonomous SEF come to replace the existing historical INEM Totana, located on Main Street Seville, and of course already has outgrown to give service to the people of Totana.
Thus, Cayuela said Trini Totana has experienced in recent years an increase in population from 20,000 to 30,000 people due to economic and social growth of the municipality and, therefore, the phenomenon of immigration, and that has made many services have been been overwhelmed.
The launch of this new office, as indicated by the mayor, will respond to the demands of the service responsible for Totana, the volume of work in the Employment Office has increased over 40 percent in the past years.
