The association of "Franciscan Youth (FYM), in collaboration with the city of Totana, has organized various activities to celebrate the eighth centenary of the birth of the Franciscan movement in the world.

Louis, the program of activities that begins on Monday 23 March.
From that day until Wednesday, March 25, members of the association will use the meetings of young people in catechism confirmation and communion to explain the life of St. Francis of Assisi.
On Friday March 27 at seven in the morning held a traditional Lenten Stations of the Cross and nine in the evening in the Socio-Cultural Center "Jail" will be held the pop concert of religious music from the hand of "Gaby, Mariola and Company ", with free admission.
As to the president of FYM, on Saturday 28 will begin the day with a football championship "Interjufra" at midnight in the courtyard of the Capuchins.
The sports day will be used by several generations of members of FYM live together and remember past experiences within the partnership.
The day continues with games and workshops for children aged five in the afternoon on the patio Capuchins.
At eight o'clock in the afternoon, will open at the Temple of the Convent "The Three Marys" the exhibition of old photographs of members of the association and will be followed by the celebration of Thanksgiving.
FYM President explained that once you complete the events at the convent, the evening will continue with dinner at "Casa Maria" and a party at the bar "Latino", which projected images of the gatherings, games and days the association.
Tickets to attend the dinner are now on sale at a price of 21 euros at the door of the temple.
The week will end with a solidarity in Constitution Square in aid of Caritas to be held on Sunday March 29 starting at midnight, coinciding with the Easter proclamation.
Finally, the same day at five in the afternoon screening at the Teatro del Convento a film about the life of San Francisco.
Both the mayor of Youth, as the Citizen Participation encouraged all residents to participate in these activities organized to commemorate the approval by Pope Innocent III in 1209 in the way of life and rule of St. Francis of Assisi.
