The Department of Sports City has signed a total of nine cooperation agreements with various local sports clubs in order to promote sport activity and the various disciplines and sports activities under the program of "Sports School" led out in schools in Totana.
This year will be given a total of nine modules sport in schools in the town, surrounded by the School Sports Programme, through a collaboration agreement with the Directorate General of Sports in the Region of Murcia and sports clubs the locality.
This was agreed by the Local Government Committee at its last meeting following the proposal submitted by the Department of Sports, which aims to enhance the promotion and the necessary actions to promote the development of sports activities at an early age.
The sports that are taught in this school year under this program are Orientation module sporting in nature, Table Tennis, Athletics, Judo, Tennis, Badminton, Basketball and football.
Finally, totaneros sports clubs involved in the implementation of these modules are the Club Sports Guidance, Club Deportivo Capuchins, Athletic Club, Judo Club Alhama de Murcia, the Tennis Club, Sports Club Espuña, the Badminton Club, Basketball Club and Futsal Club Capuchins.
