Totana is added for the second consecutive year the "Olympic Solidarity Study VI, an initiative which will run from November 5 to December 5 (27/10/2008)

The Councillor for Citizen Participation, and responsible for Development Cooperation, Juan Carrion Tudela, presented the "Olympic Solidarity Study VI, an initiative that will develop for the second time in the town of Totana 5 November to 5 December as an innovative development education action solidarity and awareness.

The event was attended by the representative of the Institute for Development Cooperation, Mercedes Gascó, and technical area of development cooperation, Eva Maria Leon, who has encouraged all young people to participate in this joint initiative has been presented under the theme "The goal is to help."

In this issue, the funds raised through the Community Development Institute of Murcia will be allocated to four projects: Vocational Training Project youth in Guayaquil, Ecuador, the creation of an Institute for Children, Youth and Women in Cameroon for equipping the technical workshops of the four schools "Ouvertes Mains (Hands Open) in Haiti, and school support for children and adolescents in Angola.
