The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, welcomes the work carried out by Civil Defence Volunteers of Totana, and the local police in the town during the weekend, for the commendable work carried out which allowed to find a neighbor disappeared for hours in the municipality.
The device consists of the Local Police of Totana and a dozen of Civil Defence volunteers, paid off when hours after the disappearance of a neighbor, was found near the upcoming Sports City "Espuña" by members of Civil Protection, and later transferred to the Hospital Rafael Méndez.
In this sense, the mayor expressed his satisfaction and pride in the successful outcome of the search, which have saved the life of a resident of this town.
Also had words of congratulations to the volunteers of the Association of Civil Protection, "by the altruistic and selfless work has played in the town for years, contributing wing improving the living conditions of residents of Totana.
Finally, he reiterated his sincere congratulations and gratitude, while used the occasion to encourage them to continue working on the same line.
