Assure the socialists that "Juan Carrión is the first councilor responsible for social policy that cuts aid for development cooperation and subsidies for social membership"

Socialists claim that "research and data collection being carried out with respect to the budgets of the council, have been discovered among many other social cuts the one relating to development cooperation."

They say "the city of Totana exemplary in other stages of democracy at the national level in aid for development cooperation, has reduced from 150,000 euros to 80,000 euros aid."

Likewise, from the Socialist Group stated that "in 2008 are to produce large reductions in subsidies to all associations."

By contrast, the Socialists claim that "the council has spent on advertising and propaganda so far almost 600,000 euros of term, as has been shown in the revised documentation."
