The councilman of Culture of the City of Totana, Ana Belén García, and the director of "Local Line," Celestino Cánovas Tudela, presented the fifth edition of the Awards Totaneros the Year, "the paper" Local Line "has launched an year to the granting of such awards to entities or individuals who have outstanding talent in society totanera.

The jury may declare or shared any of the prizes, or give indications or special recognition if it considers appropriate.
Both the director of "Local Line" as the Councillor for Culture and neighbors encouraged the groups to forward their proposals by persons or entities they deem worthy of these awards.
In addition, Cánovas summarized that "Local Line but is not intended to honor individuals or groups, sometimes doing work quietly and without public recognition, but to which we must all be grateful."
