Commonwealth Tourism Services Espuña, which comprises the towns of Totana, Alhama, Pliego, Mula and Aledo, will from October with three technicians specialized in tourism to be hired for a period of nine months thanks to a grant granted by the Regional Employment Service (SEF).
This has been one of the agreements reached today at the Governing Board of the Commonwealth, held in the city of Alhama, and has attended the Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo.
Representatives from the five municipalities have approved the hiring of two technicians cars (Class A-2) and a management technician who will be responsible for promoting the tourism resources of the towns making up the Commonwealth.
The Regional Employment Service will select three professionals who develop their work in the offices of Totana, Alhama and Mula.
Applicants for these positions must be graduates in tourism or have a vocational qualification related to the sector.
Similarly, during the Governing Board discussed the situation in which there is the website of the Commonwealth (www.sierraespuna.com).

During the meeting, representatives recalled that until 24 October open competition within the First National Picture "FotoEspuña'08 whereby we intend to disseminate and promote the benefits tourism, environmental and cultural aspects of regional park themed on different procedures .
The competition categories are "Nature and landscape management, sustainability and mountain sports" and "historical and artistic heritage and traditions" so that in the first two will be three prizes of 600, 300 and 100 euros respectively, and the last, set out five accesits of 300 euros each.
