Citizens who wish to participate in workshops that will provide for the development of Local Strategic Plan "Growing Totana 2013" for the purpose of collaborating in the design of the foundations of the future may conclude Totana registration until 17 September
For this reason, the Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, has been in contact with the various associations and groups, schools, financial institutions and business organizations to apply for participation in the implementation of the different working groups, who will be responsible for developing the strategic plan document "Growing Totana 2013", which will design the town's future.
In this sense, the mayor calls for citizen participation as "an indispensable and necessary for the success of this ambitious project."
This is why in the coming weeks the Consistory will launch the various workshops planned by the researchers at the University of Murcia, under an agreement signed with this institution for the final revival of this project through a group of researchers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Murcia, which will be responsible for developing the Local Strategic Plan "Growing Totana 2013."
The panels will be new and will be incorporated in different clusters as spatial planning and infrastructure, environment and natural resources, productive sectors, new economic sectors and business diversification, population, employment and training, Innovation, Information Society and knowledge management, Municipal Finance and Management, Social Welfare, Cultural, sports and leisure
Thus, Martínez Andreo reports that researchers will be responsible for selecting the most suitable participants, but everyone can help by sending written documents to be studied in the work sessions.
In order to expedite the establishment of working groups and the progress of the Strategic Plan, all citizens who are interested may deposit the entry form along with the manifesto signed by September 17 at the Citizens Advice Service or send email to the address totanacrece2013@ayto-totana.net.
