The Department of Sports organized on Saturday February 8 Phase Local Boules Sports School, in collaboration with the Club Petanque "Santa Eulalia", which was attended by 71 students from different schools in the town, belonging to the categories juvenile, infant and cadet, both male and female form.
This school competition was held at the Club Petanque "Santa Eulalia" and has been qualifying for the Regional Final Petanque School Sports, organized by the Directorate General of Sports in the Region of Murcia on Saturday 20 February in Alguazas.
They were awarded with trophies the first three finishers in each of the categories in the awards ceremony that closed the competition by the Town Planning of the City of Totana, Carlos Ballester Mendez and President Petanque Club Santa Eulalia, Diego angel Mendez Zabala.
Final champions were: Germán Bermejo Mendez (Santiago) in male juvenile category;
Brigitte Erika González Rodríguez (San José) in juvenile female;
Manuel Munoz Marin (San Jose), male infant;
Anabel Martínez Mula (Prado Mayor) in female children;
and Carlos Gil Cerulla (Juan de la Cierva) in male cadet.
