One year, Partners Group Missionaries of Totana, has carried out an activity that has increased the population projection of Totana, with the charity market.
This group has been developing its work in favor of the missions, since 1992. And although its relationship with the Comboni missions comes from much longer ago, now 23 years ago that the group decided to expand its joint activity by organizing an annual Missionary Market .
The Market took place on Sunday 8 November, and returned to settle next to the front door of the Church of Santiago (using the unique "poyos Tower"), from 07:30 to 20h.
Good weather accompanied the celebration of the Market, though not lacking moments of intense cold and moisture-, which facilitated the work of the group of volunteers, and the almost constant influx of hundreds of people who came to visit him.
Over twelve hours straight, the group of volunteer employees, went on sale a lot of different objects: books, clothes, shoes, stuffed animals, beads, glassware, toys, ... .All items were donated by various people who wanted to get rid of them, that could be offered in the charity market.
Group members Collaborators Missionaries of Totana, want to thank all local residents who came by the Market, for their assistance and interest, strengthened the spirits and compensates the efforts of all the volunteers who participated in some Market shape in 2015.
