The Popular Party denounces the lack of interest of the mayor and the government team in the approval of land-use planning of Totana.

Proof of this is the evident slowness to submit the documentation required by the Directorate General of Planning and Housing of the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure of the Region of Murcia.

On July 29, 2015 he informed the City Council of Totana by the Directorate General a report identifying technical deficiencies before the General Plan document approved in plenary last March 26, 2015.
