City officials closed down, with his visit, the travel program to the Cala del Pino (09/09/2015)

Municipal authorities have recently closed the program trips to the beach that the Municipal Center Senior Totana organized annually during the summer in the Cala del Pino, in La Manga;

and where along this summer have involved about 600 users.

The Mayor of Totana, Juan José Canovas, and Councilwoman Seniors, Antonia Camacho, joined last September 1 users and users who celebrated the last trip to the beach of Mar Menor, which has been held each Tuesday during the months of July and August.

This program, called "Come to the beach!", It has been held since 2004 for all members of the center in collaboration with the Senior Center Balsa Vieja of the town square.

Municipal officials highlighted the great effort made by the Board of the Centre for the Elderly to keep programs like this so they can be enjoyed by people over Totana;

and they stressed that they will continue to support all such initiatives.
