Last Saturday, December 27, the Brotherhood of San Juan Evangelista de Totana celebrated Mass in the Parish of Santiago in honor of the owner, for being his name day.
This Eucharist was prepared by members of the Brotherhood, intervening in the various readings and presentation of the gifts.
A Mass attended by Board members and brothers of the Brotherhood, being led by the pastor of Santiago and chaplain of the Cabildo José Ruíz and applied for the repose of the souls of deceased brothers brothers.
December 27 - St. John, Apostle and Evangelist
The first day of the week, Mary Magdalene ran and went to Simon Peter and the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and said to them was: ". They have taken away the Lord and we know not where they have laid"
They left Peter and the other disciple went to the tomb.
They both ran, but the other disciple ran faster than Peter;
He stepped forward and reached the tomb first;
he bent down and saw the burial cloths;
but did not enter.
When Simon Peter arrived after him and entered the tomb and saw the burial cloths there, and the cloth that had covered his head, not on the floor with the linen cloths but rolled up in a separate place.
Then went in also that other disciple, who had reached the tomb first;
saw and believed.
