Visitation Regulations of the Town of La Bastida Argárico Site

The visit to the village of La Bastida reservoir provides a public service which is to preserve and exhibit a unique heritage of Argárica Culture.

All structures presented in the site of La Bastida are original found in the excavation process, these residues must be fully preserved for future generations.

Article 1

This regulation applies to:

- Visitors to the site of La Bastida argárico.

- Persons authorized by the city of Totana to access this space in the context of meetings, receptions, conferences and other events, without prejudice to any special provisions that may Serles notified groups.

Chapter I: Conditions for access

The site will open at least four days per month following the rules of obligatory fulfillment of the Law 4/2007 of 16 March on the Cultural Heritage of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.

Article 2

The site is open to visitors from January to December every Friday (for the educational group), Saturday, first and second Sunday of each month except on days 8, 10, 24, 25 and 31 December, 1, 6 and 7 January, unless otherwise indicated.

Hours: Winter (from October 1 to May 31) from 10.00 to 14.00 Summer (1 June to 31 August) from 9.00 to 11.00 h and from 19.00 to 21.00 h may decide to amend these times to celebrate exceptional events.

Two in the morning, two in the afternoon: * On 18 May, International Museum Day, an open door with four visits will be established.

Article 3

The maximum daily visits may not exceed 220 people.

Article 4

To enter the site and visit the town must the visitor with a ticket count of access will be free (as long as you remember not provide public money for access to the site) to be submitted at the start of the visit.

Visitors should keep the ticket access, the presentation can be requested at any time.

Article 5

The entry into the reservoir objects which by their utility or characteristics pose a risk to the safety of persons, or parts of the building.

Article 6

It will be permissible to consume food, drinks, except in specifically designated places, depositing solid waste in the bins placed for this purpose.

No smoking shall be permitted in all areas of the site of La Bastida following Law 42/2010 of December 30 health measures against smoking and regulating the sale, supply, consumption and advertising of snuff products.

Chapter 2: appropriate behavior in the village of La Bastida Argaric site.

Article 7

In order to maintain the peaceful environment needed for the visit and the proper conduct of the proceedings that it is organized, visitors should avoid disturbing his attitude, manners or purposes.

Article 8

Any survey or opinion poll among visitors must have prior approval of the City of Totana.

Article 9

Any action that could endanger the safety of persons, property or buildings is strictly prohibited.

In order to ensure protection and prevent damage to the town is prohibited:

- Franking obstacles arranged in order to protect the excavations, reproductions and delimit areas of passage.

- Draw graffiti, putting up posters, put marks or stain goods.

- Scale.

- Practice exercises or games that could disturb the tranquility of the place, cause accidents, damage to works or plants.

- Damaging plants, pick flowers, break or cut foliage, cut trees or upload these.

Article 10

Visitors should follow the recommendations and instructions to provide them the site staff.

Otherwise, they must leave the site immediately.

Chapter 3: Instructions regarding the safety of persons, property and buildings

Article 11

For security reasons, the staff may ask visitors opening their bags or packages at any time and show the content of these at the entrance, exit and elsewhere in the reservoir.

Article 12

If necessary evacuate the premises / building evacuation is performed by following the instructions from the site.

Article 13

If a visitor had an accident or becomes ill, it is prohibited to move the ill or injured, provide you a drink or giving any medicine before arrival of the emergency team.

Article 14

Article 16

The maximum number of participants in each group, may never exceed 54 people.

In school groups, there must be one chaperone for every 10 students in primary and one chaperone for every 15 high school students.

To avoid disturbing other visitors, group participants must facilitate the flow of the visit.

Article 17

During the tour group visiting the conditions set out in these rules must be respected.

Chapter 4: Arrangements for taking pictures and copies

Article 18

You can be photographed when the site is intended for private use only.

Article 19

Any filming, photography or sound recording in which the staff or the public may appear reservoir require the authorization of the City and compliance stakeholders.

Article 20

No perjury as provided in the preceding article, professional photographs, film shoots and recordings and television broadcasts are subject to special authorization.

Article 21

The field staff is responsible for enforcing these rules.

Article 22

Failure to comply with the requirements of these rules may result in expulsion from the site and could even be undertaken legal action against offenders.
