The Municipal Water undertake this next night maintenance and leak detection work that will entail a cut in the supply of drinking water and decreasing the pressure in the service in some streets of San Jose.
These works are part of the maintenance and optimization of resources that are held by the Municipal Water Service and that are planned for the night of Thursday to Friday.
Tasks include checking the tightness of networks and will affect, for sure, the supply of drinking water and decreasing the pressure in various homes in the neighborhood of San Jose.
According to sources from the Department of City Services, the operation is performed in order to reduce inconvenience to neighbors and Water Service subscribers at night, starting at 00:00 pm on Friday and ending at 7 : 00 hours of the same day.
From this time, the water supply to that area will be completely restored in flow and pressure.
This action is part of the inspection work of networks to improve the technical performance of the Municipal Water, which include creation and hydraulic sectors making night flows for locating and repairing water leaks that occur in networks, the sources said.
