Workshop and Christmas in D'Genes act
The first will be held on Friday, December 20 and will consist of a Christmas craft workshop for children and their parents.
Activity is scheduled to take place in the facilities of Senior Day Totana at 16.00.
There will be a small snack and ornaments will be made to decorate the Christmas tree D'Genes.
The second will take place in the Senior Day Center Totana or Plaza of the Constitution of Totana, according to the weather forecast.
It will start at 11.00 am and will be a small gathering between users, professionals, partners, members of the Board and to all those who wish to approach, to welcome Christmas and decorate a Christmas tree year D'Genes with children crafts made on the previous day's workshop.
Since this will not be the last act of the Association of Rare Diseases of the year, stay tuned to our calendar and news that you are still waiting for some more activities before goodbye 2013.
D'Genes organizes a talk on healthy eating
The next Saturday, November 30, D'Genes organized a talk on healthy eating and natural therapies.
The event will be held at 11.00 am at the Senior Day Center and will be taught by Jose Juan Diaz Espiñeira, general practitioner and former coordinator of Totana Health Center, with the support of Francisca Carrion Professional Reflexology Service of our Association.
The talk will focus on the intake of certain foods, alkaline diet, ways to stay healthy, healthy meals and different natural therapies that can benefit our body, ie, tips for a healthy lifestyle.
The activity is scheduled to last approximately two hours approximately.
Admission is free and open to the public.
