Ten Totana school awards are made with Security Grows 2013 (27/06/2013)

Ten Totana school have made awards Drawing Contest "Security Grows 2013" through which students have been trained on occupational risk prevention.

The Councillor for Education, Josefa Maria Sanchez, and the director of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, Thomas Perez Fuentes, have given these awards in which 140 entries were received from students drawings Elementary 5th of the six centers participating in the contest.

The drawing contest is part of the campaign "Security Grows" is aimed at raising awareness, promotion and dissemination of occupational risk prevention in schools in the municipality.

The City Council in collaboration and funding to the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health has developed this campaign since 2004 "aware of the important and necessary work to educate on preventive culture, no doubt the most effective way of creating safe habits and patterns work ", as explained by the mayor of Education.

Also, the mayor pointed out that this campaign "Security Grows" is geared specifically to raise awareness and promote safety culture in the school population of the municipality, that is aimed at Primary 5 pupils.

In developing this campaign nine schools participated, with a total of 245 students, and professional activities of SISCO.

Among the activities included in this campaign highlights the drawing contest consisting of two phases: the first municipal and regional second.

The competition at the municipal level have been awarded with a digital camera: Arturo Requena Canovas, the school Tierno Galván; Yousra Hourmi, San Jose school, and Andrea Mulero Life Reina Sofía school.

With mp4: Maria Navarro Lombardo, the school Santa Eulalia, Khadija Karrachi, Guadalentin school, and Mell Angel Ruiz Rodriguez, the school's Cross.

With sports equipment; Mula Pablo Hernandez of San Jose school, Paola Estefaía Berrio, the Colegio San José, Alia Mario Gabir, Reina Sofía school, and Alvaro Calatayud wheels, the school Santa Eulalia.

The director of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Council thanked the collaboration that year after year has been paying in the dissemination of this campaign, which aims to disseminate the benefits of occupational risk prevention from children.
