Over fifty people and brothers of the Brotherhood of Jesus on Calvary and Totana Supper took a trip on Saturday, June 8, to Guadalest, a small tourist town located in the Shire of Marina Baixa in Alicante and has a rich cultural heritage.
Attendees were able to stroll through the old town and visited the Fortress of Alcozaiba, Orduna House, the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Antonio Marco Museum, among other places.
In addition, tour participants also had the privilege of meeting the Fuentes del Algar, located only 15 kilometers from Benidorm and very close to the center of Horny of Sarria.
People who participated in the trip were privileged to enjoy a day of living in this natural setting with a high degree of conservation of the ecological wealth and is provided, at a time, tourist services and environmental education.
Brotherhood presidential elections
The Brotherhood of Jesus on Calvary and Totana sacrament reminds all his brothers that next Saturday, June 22 will be held from 19:00 presidential election during a special meeting to be held at the headquarters of the brotherhood, located at San Antonio 101.
In the last meeting held on May 24, agreed to the dissolution of the Board who presided Zamarreño Juan María López, once he showed his intention not to stand after 16 years in office and developed numerous projects and achievements.
Also in this assembly was constituted electoral board established until the day June 2 as the deadline for the nomination and election date as on June 22, and Maria Zamarreño naming as president of the polling station.
During that period, the only bid submitted to the polling has been to Alfonso Giménez Legaz.
