Councilwoman Development and Employment of the City of Totana, María José Baeza, reports on measures to support entrepreneurs who have been put in place to stimulate growth, jobs recovery and assistance to new entrepreneurs.
Among the fiscal incentives of Royal Decree-Law 4/2013 of 22 February, highlights the application type change corporation tax for start-ups will be 15% (base between 0 and 300,000 euros) and 20 % (for the rest of the base) and will apply for the first two years in which a positive outcome.
Also approved by the state, as explained by the mayor, the flat rate of 50 euros for young entrepreneurs and the possibility of collecting unemployment compatible with starting a business for under 30, this compatibility apply for up to nine months.
It has also eliminated the tax exempt limit on capitalization of unemployment benefits, which also may be used to establish a corporation and extends from 2 to 5 years the period within which the option would expire resume charging of the provision.
Also created the contract "generations" to encourage hiring of experienced people for entering new young entrepreneurial projects.
The incentive consists of a 100% share of common contingencies during the first contract year.
