The athlete totanero José Miguel Cano Guerao trains daily in the Club MOVE.
This season nothing in pool five to six days a week and incorporates in its preparation training in fitness, which is being advised by technicians MOVE.
Jose Miguel is involved in preparing the Andalusian Regional Championship to be held in December.
This Championship is the appointment of a forthcoming challenges, his second in the Championship of Spain Winter Swimming, to be held in Barcelona in February 2013.
His foray into the sport of swimming was seven years ago following a course of swimming in the indoor pool of Totana.
Thereafter began to grow and enjoy the sport participating in his first voyage at sea five years ago.
Since then much has swum in pool, rivers, swamps and sea.
This past summer has participated in twenty crossings which has won numerous medals in tests ranging from 1,500 to 10,000 meters, a total of 99,854 meters.
From the Club want to support MOVE José Miguel Cano, since "is an example of perseverance and constancy for any athlete."
This swimmer totanero getting hits that are available to very few, such as participation in Spain and Autonomous Championships.
