The Local Government Committee has approved the Telecare service contract for the care of dependents from August to December this year.
This service, which will be managed by the Spanish Red Cross for an amount of 18,000 euros, provided 24 hours daily immediate assistance to people with low self-dependent or emergency situations through the use of communication technologies .
Thus, with personal media support, it offers the possibility to connect automatically and permanently with a call center where you take measures to solve the problem situation and the user emergency arises.
