The afternoon of Saturday 7 July took place the third edition of the popular race Aidemarcha, test organized by the Intellectual Disability Association of San Javier and despite his short career is already a fixed calendar summer in the region.
The race, with a distance of 5 kilometers, was out in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento of San Javier and goal on the seafront of Santiago de la Ribera, counting among its two modes over 1500 participants.
The representation of Cat's legs was Bartholomew Sánchez Muñoz, which continues to demonstrate the great form he has, finishing in 22nd place overall with a time of 17:39.
The next morning saw the conclusion of the Second Half Marathon "Calar Alto-Gérgal" ranked as the half marathon held higher on the Spanish territory, and there were representing the CAT, among more than 400 athletes spread across the two modalities test, athletes José Sáez, Juan Jose Robles, José Jesús Fernández-Martínez Rufete and Juanfra.
At 9:30 pm was the start of the race, for a beautiful ride mostly forest road and trails, without technical difficulty, but with two grueling climbs by firewalls, especially the last one where in a matter of about three kilometers exceed 600 vertical meters.
On the role of TAC members, Juanfra ended the test with a time of 2:08:57 and placed 85 overall.
Jose Jesus followed with a time of 2:10:52 and placed 103 of the general.
Behind them came Robles with a time of 2:18:18 and ranked 157 overall and Saez with a time of 2:26:33 and placed 202 overall.
