The Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court and Criminal Murcia has ordered "the immediate arrest and detention as a prisoner of the prisoner Juan Morales Canovas" (30/05/2012)

By order of today, May 30, the court orders enforcement of imprisonment imposed by a final judgment, two years' imprisonment for the crime of bribery continued.

In this regard, the Board understands that "no grounds for granting the said punishment in the benefits of a stay of execution of sentence of imprisonment".
