Totana City Council has become the first municipality in the Region of Murcia and the fourth of the entire Spanish territory to join the program "Testra", a system introduced by the Traffic Department to permit the posting of notices for disciplinary procedures in terms of traffic which have not been notified to the interested party at his home.
According to sources from the Department of Finance, so it replaces its publication in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, which will result in significant savings for the city coffers because of the prohibitive cost of the publication of these edicts in the Bulletin above.
Notices to be published in the Sanctions Board Edictal Traffic (Testra), which are required to incorporate all local authorities with responsibility for traffic by next May 25, will replace service by edicts that currently takes out on the bulletin boards of the municipalities and existing newsletters throughout the state.
Thus, it allows citizens to know of those notifications that affect them through a single online site.
To date this system has been implemented in the municipalities of Madrid, San Sebastian and Seville, as well as the Traffic Department, the Traffic Department of the Basque Government and the Catalan Traffic Service, respectively.
