The councilman of Promotion and Employment, José Antonio Valverde Queen, opened the course "Basic Maintenance of Buildings" has been launched at the Centre for Local Development

The course is directed primarily to the group of unemployed without professional or academic requirements, will be held in the mornings from 9:30 to 13:30 and from Monday to Friday in classrooms of CLD.
The councilman pointed out general tasks to be carried out basic maintenance, both preventative and corrective, in public or private buildings, will ensure the order, cleanliness and maintenance in good state of use of different spaces in the facility buildings and minor repairs are made.
