Yesterday, the regional media, publishing an order of the Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Murcia which typify various alleged crimes also affect the good name of Totana, may have adversely affected the legitimate interests of the residents and neighboring municipality.
Specifically, the instructor stated that the sale of Plot of Kappa in the industrial area of Totana, represented a serious economic loss to this town.

We also observed these days, the great interest of the City Council to clarify other alleged irregularities in the Court of Auditors, for which no expense spared on lawyers and on the alleged defense of local interests by the Mayor and the government team.
It would be unfair and contrary to the Constitution that all promised in the takeover are used to find public transport responsibilities to some citizens, being members of the PSOE or political opponents, while looking the other way when it comes to a former PP activist and President of the local as well as deputy elected on the lists by the neighbors, is supposed to defend the public interest and not for what the judge is saying in his car.
For all these reasons, from the Municipal Group, the undersigned, believe it is essential to adopt agreements on behalf of the legitimate interests of citizens and acted in this case, when injured people economically and morally, with the same rigor that when a neighbor claimed a penalty of traffic, urban or other tax or fee that the City is required to collect.
Of note is the parallel case of Totana with that of Lorca, which affects the City of Lorca and the former mayor is accused by the Justice.
The City Lorca, chaired by Francisco Jodar People's Party, has agreed to appear as private prosecutor and has done so, requesting 4 years in prison for the former mayor, the PSOE, Miguel Navarro.
It is reasonable, since all points of view in Totana, we should adopt the same agreement and act with utmost to defend the public interest.
Propose to the plenary, the following agreements:
1.
The Full Council of Totana, rejects corruption and exploitation of local resources for private enrichment, that justice and the institutions like the Civil Guard, have discovered and revealed in the process until the Order has been issued by the Judge, Julian Perez Mild.
2.
Adopting the agreement to initiate legal proceedings to recover the Municipal Heritage says that Justice has deprived the residents of Totana, as their legitimate owners, removing the acts carried out in this direction, presenting the Corporation prosecution.
3.
Directs the Legal Department to examine the claim of the money may have been misappropriated or failed to enter the municipal coffers with the facts contained in the Order of the Supreme Court
