The mayor signs the agreement with the Secretary of State for Housing and the Autonomous Community (18/11/2010)

The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, Secretary of State for Housing, Beatriz Corredor, and the Minister of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta, signed today an agreement that will allow construction of a total of 157 homes for the grounds of the old factory Escamusa "in the neighborhood was high in this town.

The agreement was signed at the conclusion of the Bilateral Commission for Monitoring the State Housing Plan and Rehabilitation 2009/2012 which was held at the Delegation of the Government between central and regional administrations.

With regard to the town of Totana, the agreement envisages the development of Urban Priority Area Land "UA PERI One Management and the Land of the Old Factory Escamusa", which foresees a total residential floor area of 17,348.94 meters squared.
