More than 140 neighbors of San Roque, Las Parras who own their homes in the area delimitation of Integral Rehabilitation (ARI) in the region may benefit from new funding to rehabilitate their homes.
The mayor of Housing, María José Bedia, who has visited the area along with the Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, explained that the homeowners who are eligible to receive a grant of up to 85 percent of total the work, now will not have to pay the full cost of the work to the company you run, but you only pay the proportion that corresponds to it.
As he explained the mayor, residents who want to rehabilitate their homes only have to pay the party lies with them, as the Autonomous Community, an organization that supports the rehabilitation within the Housing Plan, will advance the money for the neighbor have to disburse.
Bedia recalled that the space defined as rehabilitation area for the district of San Roque on the perimeter of Santa Eulalia Avenue, Camino del Calvario, Calle La Monja, Calle del Carmen and Ramblica street.
In this area allow rehabilitation works of both the building envelope and its internal reconstruction, as the mayor explained, to be followed by structural patterns, constructive and aesthetic rehabilitation area.

In this regard, he indicated that the Ministry of Public Works and Planning has funded the drafting of the proposed refurbishment of the Plaza de la Ermita de San Roque.
The action aims at "integrating the environment with the temple and enhancing the value of the building itself, an eighteenth century baroque building that stands as a singular piece of regional architectural heritage."
For his part, Mayor of Totana has indicated that one of the stakes of the government team, and as has been established over these three years has been the increasing access to housing and to revitalize the building industry through the implementation of housing.

The opening hours for the public to address any item on subsidies are Monday through Thursday from 10:00 to 13:00 am at the Department of Housing, which is located in the outbuildings of the local police.
