Martínez-Azor Restoration and Robermoto are two of the town of Totana companies that work by providing training to unemployed in the framework of the "work a step towards the employability, building on the Collective THE CANDIL Murciano with the Institute of Social Action - IMAS and the town of Totana.
EU-funded, the project work is aimed at achieving improved employment opportunities for women and men with special difficulties.
Social and professional integration of these people is achieved through the design of an individualized itinerary insert, adapted to the needs of each individual.
Since its inception in late 2007, the project LABOR has contacted 114 companies in the locality, in order to obtain information on employment prospects and learn first hand the demands of enterprises in terms of professional profiles.
Some of these companies have supported the project by facilitating the visit of their facilities to groups of participants in the project to promote knowledge of specific work environments.
Other companies have approached the project work to cover vacancies and use the mediation service is offered for successful insertion.
Finally, another line of collaboration is to conduct training activities in companies.
Since its implementation, have been 9 partner companies who have given different specialties: painting, hairdressing, care for dependents, cooking, beauty, waiter, childcare, business and motorcycle mechanic, (the companies are: D ' Sastre, Azor restaurants, hairdressers Marcan, Murcia Painters, AMG Integrated Services, Messengers of Peace, Toni Aesthetics, infant schools and Robermoto Clara Campoamor).
The agreement is now at hand, signed with Restoration and Robermoto Azor, will cover two training courses for Assistant Kitchen Assistant and motorcycle mechanics, which will start in Totana in the coming days.
