Totana neighbors fired with the celebration of a solemn Mass at Don Francisco Fructuoso Andrew, pastor of St. James the Great, who was recently appointed Episcopal Vicar of the Lorca area, after ten years in the locality.
With this appointment, Don Francisco became part of the Governing Council of the Diocese, whose office was sworn in on July 7 in the private chapel of the Episcopal Palace.
The event was attended by Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, accompanied by other local authorities as well as numerous neighbors who wanted to pay this tribute farewell Francisco Fructuoso, who has worked with a deep sense of dedication and commitment to the Church Totana.
Later, a dinner of coexistence proceeded to deliver a series of commemorative gifts by the City of Totana, by the Mayor José Martínez Andreo, and by the parish of St. James Church with Don Francisco .

Don Francisco, the pastor of St. James, which from now will take up his new task, Episcopal Vicar for Pastoral Zone of Lorca, born in October 1963 in Cobatillas (Murcia).
His priestly vocation was forged in the Diocesan Seminary of Murcia.
