Announcement by which the Resolution of the General Directorate of the Environment is made public, by which sectorial environmental authorization is granted for a landfill project for inert waste and an RCD's valorization plant for aggregates, located in the municipality of Totana (Murcia) ), at the request of Transparetón SL
In accordance with the provisions of Article 48 of Law 21/2013, December 9, on Environmental Assessment, the decision to authorize, through the Sectoral Environmental Authorization Resolution of March 1, 2018, the Waste Landfill Project is made public inert and plant for the valorization of RCD's in aggregates, in Paraje Casa Pagan, Lebor Alto, TM de Totana;
project for which the Environmental Impact Report was formulated by Resolution of May 23, 2016 (BORM No. 135, of 06/13/2016).
