The Department of Development and Employment of the City of Totana reports that the Employment and Training Service (SEF) of the Autonomous Community has launched an aid scheme to encourage job creation by encouraging the indefinite recruitment of unemployed people of long duration, being this one of a group that presents greater difficulty in the access or permanence in the employment, facilitating to them thus the obtaining of stable employment and of quality.
By order of 08/4/17 published in BORM number 209 of last 9th of September, permanent or part-time indefinite contracts will be eligible if the agreed time is at least 50 percent of the working day full-time unemployed persons provided that:
They are registered in some Employment Office of the Region of Murcia as job seekers.
They are considered to be long-term unemployed because they have been registered as job seekers for at least 360 days within the last 18 months prior to the date of their employment.
Prior to the beginning of the employment relationship, they are included in the Joint Action Program for Long-term Unemployed persons and have a personal employment agreement with the public employment service or collaborating entity.
It must be collected beforehand in its personalized itinerary, carried out by the tutor assigned to it, the activity to promote employment (promotion of hiring).
At the time of filing the application, or in case of its rectification, the available credit has not been exhausted.
In addition, these subsidies will benefit small and medium-sized enterprises (including self-employed) whose work center for which the subsidized activity is carried out is in the Region of Murcia.
