The centers of compulsory secondary education (ESO) and Bachillerato, as well as in Adult Education, begin tomorrow September 18 officially the course 2017/2018 in the municipality of Totana;
while Vocational Training will start on September 25.
In all of the teachings, the end of course date will be June 22, 2018.
The schools that teach ESO in Totana are schools "La Milagrosa", "Reina Sofía", "Guadalentín" in El Paretón, IES "Prado Mayor" and IES "Juan de la Cierva".
The latter two also offer Baccalaureate education.
This course each municipality has re-made its school calendar adapting its school days to local peculiarities and to the families themselves, so that Murcia municipalities have had the possibility to set the calendar in different non-university teaching, vacation periods and on non-school days.
A total of 3,711 students of Primary and Secondary Education began last September 8 the school year in Early Childhood and Primary Education in the eleven schools in the municipality of Totana.
Of these, 1,140 students were enrolled in Early Childhood Education and 2,573 were enrolled in Primary Education courses.
This number can be modified during these days until the schools of Totana do not close the definitive schooling of students for the present course.
The Municipal Commission for Schooling Totana will meet, in fact, Monday morning to define this situation in each of the schools in Totana and evaluate the start of the school year in Totana.
