The City Council will hold two theatrical shows in September and December of this year under the collaboration of the Institute of Cultural Industries and the Arts of the Region (04/07/2017)

The Institute of Cultural Industries and the Arts of the Region of Murcia (ICA) has adopted a resolution through which the City of Totana will receive funding for the performance of two theatrical shows for this year 2017, within the call " Regional Scene Plan, "according to sources from the Department of Culture.

This call is directed to the municipalities of the Region of Murcia for the promotion of the performing arts and music in the municipalities, so that the ICA contributes economically by contributing 50% of the show cache, while 25% is assumed By the Consistory totanero and the other 25% by the professional with charge to the collection of the box office.

The approved plays are "The wisdom of the birds" of the company "The golden apple", that will be represented the 29 of September;

And "Cyrano de Bergerac" from the company "Alquibla Teatro", which will take place on December 6.

Both shows will be included in the "Totana Cultural" programming during the last quarter of the year and will be held at the "La Cárcel" Sociocultural Center.
