When it is only two months before we reach the equator of the legislature, the paralysis and lack of ideas and a specific road map of the Government Team of IU-Ganar Totana and the PSOE is more than evident in all circles of this town.
The inability of some councilors and the permanent absence of others in the City Hall make stagnation and improvisation on the march the dominant note for much of the time.
Many of the neighbors of Totana wonder what has done in these two years this Government Team apart from being placed as their first job some, distribute salaries practically all of the 12 councilors of the pact, change the name of the streets, Traders, preach about transparency and citizen participation without being real and fight one day and another as well.
We are reaching the middle of the legislature in which there will be change in the Mayor's armchair and we will have new mayor and we remain involved and paralyzed in the important issues that really affect the residents of Totana due to the internal disputes of the Government Team and the Councilors of the two sides, the neighbors being the great disadvantaged.
The internal division is so evident that there is no governability and stability, so the totaneros are being punished.
They do not fulfill most of the full agreements, they forget the electoral promises and it is a divided government in which they are only concerned to reach or maintain the chair.
The Town Planning and Finance departments are the clearest example of the paralysis and lack of a road map in this Government Team.
They are two councils that only go ahead with the passage of the months thanks to the professionalism and good work of the municipal workers who, without problems and internal shocks, take their work in spite of the obstacles and incapacity of their superiors.
We have seen how in these two years the City of Totana is working with the budget carried over from 2015, a budget prepared by the Popular Party and have been unable to approve, for the first time in the history of this city council a budget, as has happened With the budget for 2016, while the year 2017 takes a similar path.
We again ask for the resignation of the Councilor of Finance, who despite having external help from a company paid with the money of all totaneros, is not able to approve the budget.
In addition, as we have already recalled on other occasions, it was she who ordered the drafting of a directed audit, which cost € 20,000.00, failing a motion of the plenary session for which said accounts would be made by the municipal technicians.
Twice that agreement has been adopted in full, and twice it has been leaped to the bullfighter.
Showing with this attitude that it skips the agreements taken by the representatives of all the neighbors.
