The Athletic Club runner from Totana Edu Lucas, participated this Saturday 29 April in the 10K race that was held in parallel to the sixth half-marathon of Eagles that this year was used to celebrate the regional half-marathon championship.
Edu was the ninth in his category of Master 35 with a time of 38 minutes and 1 second.
This race was won by runner Juan Emilio Miras, with a time of 34 minutes and 22 seconds, in the female category the winner was Ginesa Díaz Asensio, with a time of 44 minutes and 15 seconds.
In the distance of half marathon the winners were, in men Francisco Garcia, with a time of 1 hour 14 minutes and 37 seconds, in women was Mercedes Merino, with a time of 1 hour 29 minutes and 36 seconds, both were proclaimed regional champions Half marathon.
The more than five hundred participants could enjoy a spectacular circuit, which passed by the promenade, crossing the three bays of Eagles: the Levante, the West and the Hornillo.
This Sunday, the Solidarity race Run For Parkinson's was held in Murcia, which has a solidarity character and is organized by the Federation of Associations of People with Parkinson's of Murcia.
In this race that has a distance of 7K, I participate Edu Lucas, doing a double and going up to the podium being third of his category Veterans A, with a time of 24 minutes and 38 seconds.
