Totana's PSOE organizes a self-defense workshop aimed at women and will be framed in the program of activities on the occasion of March 8, Women's Day.
The workshop will take place this Wednesday, March 8 at 18:30 in the School Room, located next to the Comarcal College, with an approximate duration of two hours.
It will include a theoretical and a more practical part, which will deal with the aptitude for aggression, types of aggression, among other issues related to self-defense directed at women.
Said workshop, will be given by Mr. José Valero Molino, technical instructor titled in Aikido and Personal Defense by the Higher Sports Council.
From the PSOE we encourage all those women interested in acquiring notions of self-defense to attend this theoretical-practical workshop, in order to avoid or know how to react to a possible attack or aggression.
Finally, from the PSOE thank Mr. Jose Valero Molino and Club Aikido Totana their selfless collaboration to carry out this activity.
