The User Advisory Service of the Municipal Services under the Department of Economic Development, has served directly in the first seven months of 2016 to a total of 449 neighbors.
The issues that were the subject of interest are very different, however, can be highlighted concerns about problems encountered by telephone and Internet services, with 82 cases.
The issues that had to do with electricity, banking and trade have occupied 22% of catered affairs.
Other issues also of concern of users have been transports both passengers and freight;
gas, mainly channeled;
housing, including rental and owner communities;
technical support services;
insurance and vehicles, assuming the latter group 25% of the concerns expressed.
As for municipal services of the City of Totana also been addressed issues related to the cemetery, the Potable Water and Sewerage, renaming of streets application of the Law of Historical Memory, Lighting, Senior Citizens, Collection or administrative proceedings, among others.
Another casuistry has been involved with complaint forms, Hypermarkets, Food Courts, Accommodation, Travel, including health and dental clinics ópticas-, Furniture, Delinquent records, public entertainment and leisure;
as well as with powers of the Autonomous Community as Health or Industry.
Moreover, the tendency of users to resolve claims through the Arbitration Board of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia once the timely guidance stands.
It is worth noting the attention paid to solve problems suffered by local residents and they have had to do with eviction processes in the residence.
Also, from this service they have been carried out training in the IES "Juan de la Cierva" and "Prado Mayor".
In both centers issues related to responsible consumption, whose event was oriented students of six courses from high school, ESO and diversification were discussed.
