About 2,000 residents of Totana are receiving these days the notification of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration to proceed to their corresponding cadastral regularization of property and collective valuation procedure called essential and livestock buildings.
The cadastral procedure regulation is promoted by the Directorate General of Land Registry in accordance with the ministerial decision of December 9, 2014.
Furthermore, the process of collective valuation of agricultural, livestock and forestry indispensable constructions Totana affects approximately another thousand neighbors.

This procedure has already been carried out in most of the municipalities in the region, and only remain to regularize 16 of the 45 existing ones, which will do so throughout 2016.
