The Deitania of Totana school continues to reap a new recognition after that in October last year, also it was awarded the work being done on the importance of generating values ​​around ecological school garden, because we were finalists in the contest orchards nationwide school organized by the association and Fitness Triodos Foundation.
Now it is recognized at regional level, with a 2nd prize in the "II Edition Contest Ecological School Gardens", organized by the University of Murcia and the Organic Farming Council of the Region of Murcia.
The ceremony of award took place last Wednesday March 16 in the auditorium of the Merced of the University of Murcia, which we assist students, parents and teachers responsible for the project from the center to collect the second prize of donation 500 euros for development of the garden.
Both awards is a boost for the center and the project leaders, motivated by the initial idea of ​​the ecological school garden developed from humility, imagination, will and teamwork, slogan that is reinforced by the recognition of this award and we will continue to allow all started last year, with renewed ideas and goals, but with the same purpose, to continue spreading learning and values ​​in students to help them become people.
