Alfonso Martínez Baños makes a public reflection on current social networks PGOM (05/03/2016)

He has returned to present the General Municipal Management Plan of Totana, possibly because some and some prefer to talk about this not to talk about other things.

Everyone agreed that the new plan must approve it as soon as possible, in fact it should be approved since 2003, but in that year some saw this as an opportunity to get rich at the expense of their neighbors, and decided to throw It trashes what was agreed and concluded, to make the plan planning agreements.

Some may understand that this is enough to change the vote, but others understand that we must be consistent.

The reasons for the PSOE to oppose this plan are the same since 2003 and have been explained a thousand times, but I want to repeat them so that they are clear and can rebut by those who do not share them.

Just for dignity deserves a resounding no.

It aims to approve a plan that designs the urban, economic and social development of Totana for the next 20 or 30 years, without the neighbors.

It is true that the councilors are legitimized by the polls and by law, but also that what is done now transcends its mandate of four years and therefore have to seek more consensus.

It makes no sense to introduce regulatory measures stiffness in the town that we intend to rehabilitate and flexibility for new developments.

The few companies that still engage in the development and construction in Totana say the immediate recovery of the sector if or if the recovery of the urban case and that the new plan undermines this possibility.

If we persist in this mistake the consequence will be that the neighborhoods to which I referred will to absolute marginality, and that the construction sector will take years to recover in our town.

Moreover, we study well the soil classification of the town before going to approve the plan.

Obviously you have to meet the Environmental Impact Statement approved, but it leaves room for the review to obtain a more in line with what they want the neighbors and neighbors result.

There are also glaring errors in the current plan, which seriously damage the interests of the municipality.

Example, the construction of the West variant the plan has planned to build with the gains of the new urban developments adjacent to this.

This is nonsense, the West variant is a competence of the CARM and the Regional Government who has to build it, as happened with the North.
